Delivery
All Sheila Fleet jewellery is made to order in our Orkney workshop and delivery times may therefore vary. If you require a piece of jewellery by a particular date (e.g. a birthday or anniversary), please advise us of this when you place your order by selecting a preferred delivery date. Unless we agree by email to deliver goods by a special date, we cannot accept liability if the goods do not arrive within the delivery times stated below.
As everything is made to order, delivery times depend on the materials used and the delivery destination.
Orders currently take 5 - 7 days for delivery. Some special items in white gold, palladium or platinum may take a little longer. On placing an order we will always email you to confirm a despatch date. Fedex International Delivery
We can send worldwide via Fedex, please call or give instructions on web order and we can arrange this for a small extra charge.

The following is a guide to our normal delivery times unless stated different above :
- Standard metals (silver, 9ct gold): We aim to deliver to UK destinations within 7-10 working days of receiving your order. We aim to deliver overseas within 14 - 21 days, depending on the destination.
- Special metals (Gold - 9ct white, 9ct rose, 14ct yellow, 18ct yellow, 18ct yellow (enamel), 18ct white, 18ct rose; Platinum): We aim to deliver to the UK within 3 - 4 weeks of receiving your order; 4 - 6 weeks for overseas orders (depending on location).
- All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, requiring a signature on receipt.
- All overseas orders are sent by Royal Mail International and require a signature on receipt.
- Orders can be sent by courier e.g. Fedex if requested, at the customer's expense.
In the unlikely event of our workshop having to shut down temporarily, some deliveries may be delayed until work is resumed.
Delivery Charges
A delivery charge (which helps cover the cost of packaging, postage and insurance) is added to all orders, as follows:
- UK- £6.00
- International - £12.00
- Fedex Europe £50.00
